These terms (“Paid Content Terms”) apply to all members of Noir (“Members”) who purchase or access paid content on the Noir Member Platform (explore-noir.com) and to Noirators who choose to charge for their content. These terms form part of the overall Terms & Conditions of Noir and should be read together.

By accessing or purchasing paid content, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Paid Content on Noir

​

1. Paid content is material provided by Noirators (our approved experts, creators and partners), such as courses, videos, guides, workshops, or live events.

2. Paid content may be offered in different formats: one-time purchase, rental/limited access, or subscription. The format and price will always be shown before purchase.

3. All paid content is for personal, private use only. Redistribution, copying, or resale is strictly prohibited (see Copyright Policy).

 

2. Pricing & Payments

1. Prices are shown in your local currency where possible and include VAT/sales tax if applicable.

2. All payments are processed securely by Noir or its authorised payment processors.

3. By making a payment, you authorise Noir to charge your selected payment method for the relevant amount.

4. Noir may change pricing or commission structures at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

 

3. Commission & Revenue (Noirators)

1. When a Member purchases your content, Noir collects payment on your behalf.

2. Noir deducts a commission (percentage agreed in your Noirator agreement) and any applicable processing fees.

3. The remaining balance is paid to you monthly in arrears via your registered payout method.

4. Noirators are responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance in their home jurisdiction. Noir may provide basic reporting but does not provide tax advice.

 

4. Refunds & Cancellations

​

1. Members may be entitled to a refund under applicable consumer laws (e.g., 14-day cooling-off period in the UK/EU for digital services).

2. However, by purchasing digital content and choosing to access it immediately, you agree that your right to cancel is waived once the content is delivered/streamed.

3. Refunds will not be given for:

   • Completed access to digital products.

   • Dissatisfaction with content style or preferences.

   • Misuse of content in breach of Noir’s policies.

4. Noir reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion, and to recover costs from Noirators where appropriate.

 

5. Member Conduct

1. Members must not copy, record, or share paid content outside of Noir.

2. Any attempt to hack, bypass, or avoid payment for paid content will result in suspension and possible legal action.

3. Members must not harass, abuse, or pressure Noirators regarding pricing, discounts, or off-platform payments.

 

6. Noirator Responsibilities

1. Noirators must only upload and sell content they have full rights to.

2. Content must comply with Noir’s Content Guidelines, Copyright Policy, and all applicable laws.

3. Noirators may not offer paid content outside Noir to Members they first connected with via Noir, unless explicitly agreed.

4. Noirators must respect Member privacy and cannot use Member details outside the platform without consent.

 

7. Termination

​

1. Noir may suspend or terminate Member or Noirator accounts for violation of these terms.

2. Noirators who repeatedly breach copyright or content rules may lose payout rights for affected periods.

3. Noir reserves the right to withhold earnings in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or serious misconduct.

 

8. Liability

​

1. Noir provides the platform but is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of Noirator content.

2. Members acknowledge that paid content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noir excludes liability for loss or damage arising from the use of paid content.

 

9. Changes to Paid Content Terms

We may update these Paid Content Terms at any time. Updates will be effective once published, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance.
